Product Introduction

This product can be matched with various liquid pumps and is widely used for automatic level control of water supply, drainage, and corrosive liquids.
Composed of a rubber cable suspended heavy hammer and an elliptical floating ball, the floating ball is equipped with sliding magnetic steel and a pair of magnetic control contacts. Cleverly utilizing the three different states of the floating ball in the liquid level, the memory function of the upper and lower limits of the water level rise and fall is achieved. The contacts are connected in series with the motor control circuit to achieve automatic water inlet control of the water tower or water tank.

Product installation
1. Water supply system
Use "black" and "blue" wires:
When the float is at the lower water level, the contact is in the connected state;
When the floating ball is at the upper water level, the contact point is not connected.
2. Drainage system
Use "black" and "brown" wires:
When the float is at the upper water level, the contact is in a connected state;When the floating ball is at the lower water level, the contact point is not connected.
Heavy hammer setting method
1. After threading the wire of the float switch through the concave circular hole in the center of the heavy hammer, gently push the heavy hammer to make the plastic ring embedded above the circular hole fall off due to the pushing force of the wire head. If necessary, you can also use a screwdriver to remove this plastic ring, and then put the detached plastic ring on the cable to set the water level as you want with a weight hammer.
2. Gently push the hammer to pull out the cable until the center of the hammer grips the plastic ring. As long as the heavy hammer is lightly fastened in the plastic ring, it will not slip off. If the plastic ring is damaged or lost, it can be replaced by fastening the same light bare copper wire into the cable.
3. The heavy hammer is a required accessory. Please pull the cable directly to the control box and avoid using intermediate joints as much as possible. If there is a joint due to necessity, never immerse the cable joint in water.
